UNT Blackbaud ID Portal
Instructions for New Users
First, go to the UNT branded Sign In/Sign Up page at https://unt.blackbaudportal.com. Then continue with the steps to finish set up.

STEP 1
Enter Email Address
On the sign-up screen, select the “Continue with Email” option.
Enter your preferred email address and select the “Continue” button.

STEP 2
Verify Email Address
Select the “Send confirmation code” button.
A message containing an access code will be sent to your email address. Copy and paste this code into the “Confirm code” box on the sign up screen and select the “Confirm” button.

STEP 3
Create Password
Create and confirm a password for your account, then select the “Sign up” button
to finish.
Next Steps
After creating your password and completing sign up, the Blackbaud ID portal will attempt to match your email address to the same email in our alumni database.
The result will be a match or a non-match as follows:
Your Email Address is Matched
If a record is found in our database that contains your email address, the portal will load. You will then be logged into your account and you may navigate through your profile.
Your Email Address is NOT Matched
If the UNT Blackbaud ID Portal did not find a match to the email address you used to create your account, the screen will display the question, “Are you new to University of North Texas?”
To try the signup process again with a different email address, select “No, I should be in the system” and select the “Continue” button.

Enhance the Security of Your Account
Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is strongly recommended to add an extra layer of protection to your account. You may enable MFA authentication from your profile at any time while logged in.
